Organizational Resilience Through Unprecedented Times
This project, one of two being pursued through the Quad’s new Global Ideas Accelerator format, seeks to equip Colorado Springs-area organizational and community leadership with data-driven insight on how to adapt to unpredictable, changing circumstances and how to protect important mission-related work.
A team of interdisciplinary students working under the guidance of faculty and practitioner expertise scanned major schools of thought, engaged with area organizations, and captured important considerations of how organizations can build infrastructure to respond to changing circumstances. They also built a preliminary assessment matrix based on their findings, which will be tested and refined in subsequent semesters.
