Organizational Resilience Through Unprecedented Times

This project, one of two being pursued through the Quad’s new Global Ideas Accelerator format, seeks to equip Colorado Springs-area organizational and community leadership with data-driven insight on how to adapt to unpredictable, changing circumstances and how to protect important mission-related work. Results will be made available publicly in late August, 2020 to support economic recovery and resilience work in the wake of COVID-19.

A team of interdisciplinary students working under the guidance of faculty and practitioner expertise is scanning major schools of thought, capturing important considerations and building an accessible, appropriate resource for funders and leaders in Colorado Springs. Research is primarily focused on nonprofit organizations, though applicable insights will be shared with for profit organizations as well.
